One major issue in the FIBC industry is improving the UV properties of the Bag and hence improving the shelf life. The UV Resistance of the bag is subject to breakdown day by day and as time passes and hence the Strength of the bags 

Our research team at Deccan is continuously striving to solve the problems related to the Shelf Life of the bag. After alot of research, we found the  Black/ Dark Grey bags generally last longer in the open Sun. Generally, darker colors absorb more heat which presumably would cause the plastic tapes to weaken. If we keep a White Bag vs a Black Bag in the open, research has found that black bags generally last longer ,hence this led to the birth of Black Bags.
